Selecting suitable types of fish and ensuring the quantity chosen does not exceed the 23 litre capacity is essential.
Fish suitable for the Fluval EDGE include:
White Cloud Mountain Minnows, Betta Splendens, Barbs, Danios, small Goldfish, Crystal Red Shrimps, Snails, As with most small tanks many people wish to put marine fish in them, this is possible with a little guidance from our staff.
Allow a minimum of 3 litres of water for every 1cm of fish, excluding the tail. Fish are usually sold as juveniles, so you will need to allow some extra space for your fish to grow. Tropical fish require an aquarium heater. Consult your specialist retailer for stocking advice and species' specific requirements.
