The BiOrb Filter Cartridge works like a rubbish bin, collecting dirt, once the filter is full it should be discarded and replaced with a new one. This should be done every 1-2 months

A small water change of 10-20% should be carried out at the same time, being sure to dechlorinate tap water and use the conditioners provided in the BiOrb Filter Kit
